Pet Policy:

Pets Are Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 40 pounds.
Pet deposit is $200 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.

The following breeds are restricted from this community: Pit Bull
Terriers/Staffordshires, Akitas, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Dobermans,
Pinschers, Wolf-hybrids, Chows, and Alaskan Malamutes.
